Sourcing Clean
Scrap Copper:

We procure high-grade copper scrap from certified suppliers. Scrap is sorted by purity and type to ensure quality at the source.

Degreasing &
Pre-Cleaning:

Scrap is cleaned to remove oil, coatings, and residues. Impurities like plastic and paper are sorted and sent to appropriate recycling facilities.

Melting in
Energy-Efficient
Furnaces:

Scrap is melted in high-efficiency induction furnaces, which use less power and produce minimal emissions. Temperature and oxygen levels are controlled to reduce oxidation.

Casting Mother
Tubes:

Molten copper is cast into mother tubes using continuous casting, ensuring uniformity and reducing waste.

In-Process
Recycling:

Turnings, rejects, and copper dust from the drawing process are reintegrated into the melting cycle.

Quality Testing &
